Daughter of Fate
The former harem girl Nisra could never get enough. She thirsts for knowledge and power and will stop at nothing to get it. Her occult studies began under the Frenchman, but she soon grew tired of her master's slow and careful ways. After learning about the existence of the Blood Red Fez, she abandons her master and teams up with Hieronymous Menkaph to lead the cult of the Children of the Blood Red Fez.
Reckless and unchained, Nisra burns fast, soon amassing a considerable following. After acquiring a Fez, she and Menkaph plan to perform a terrible summon and bring forth an aspect of Yog-Sothoth. Thankfuly, her plans are thwarted by the 1893 investigators and she dies spectacularly after losing a battle of wills.
