The Cult of the Blood Red Fez are built around Nisra and Menkaph, with the singular purpose of understanding the power of the Fez until they can utilize it to summon an otherworldy entity and claim unspeakable benefits.
The cult reaches 50 people and manages to exert influence across Europe, before being annihilated in the 1893 events with the brutal decapitation of their leading figures.
